1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the masaya365 online gaming platform, including the website at masaya365.vip, all associated mobile interfaces, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on masaya365, you ("Player," "User," "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the masaya365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

4. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from masaya365 or any affiliated platform;
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

2.2 masaya365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by masaya365 may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of masaya365 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. masaya365 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) masaya365 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. masaya365 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your masaya365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. masaya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). masaya365 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport) and may be required to provide additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes.

3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. masaya365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. masaya365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. masaya365 does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on masaya365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). masaya365 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your identity must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed;
2. Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable;
3. masaya365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds;
4. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes during business hours.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. masaya365 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. masaya365 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5.1 masaya365 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. masaya365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a masaya365 account at any given time.

5.5 masaya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

6.1 All games available on masaya365 are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, masaya365 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. masaya365 reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified technical malfunction. masaya365 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on masaya365. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and player account tier. masaya365 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

6.4 Game Outcomes. All non-live game outcomes on masaya365 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. masaya365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with masaya365 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. masaya365's determination of game outcomes, based on server-side records, shall be final and binding.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on masaya365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
4. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
5. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Attempting to launder money or use masaya365 for any illegal financial activity;
7. Accessing masaya365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
8. Allowing or facilitating access to your masaya365 account by any third party, including family members;
9. Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

7.2 masaya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the conduct to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required.

8.1 All content on the masaya365 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of masaya365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the masaya365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any masaya365 content.

8.3 The masaya365 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of masaya365. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9.1 masaya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using masaya365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 masaya365 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

9.3 masaya365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

10.1 masaya365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, masaya365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 masaya365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your masaya365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 masaya365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude masaya365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your masaya365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12.2 Closure by masaya365. masaya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

1. You have breached any provision of these Terms;
2. masaya365 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
3. masaya365 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
4. You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

12.3 Upon termination for breach, masaya365 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and masaya365, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact masaya365 customer support to initiate this process.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

14.1 masaya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, masaya365 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of masaya365 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using masaya365 and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
